At that point of time, I made up my mind that come what may, I will go all out to organize such Ramkatha in Paris. I did not waste a minute and when I got the opportunity with my team of Gujarati Samaj Paris to see Bapu in the parking of Ramkatha hall in Interlaken, we have requested him to give Ramkatha in Paris. It was greatness of Bapu that he almost accept our request! There are examples when one has to wait for years and years to get the Ramkatha from Bapu and here, we have got the “accord” of Bapu in the parking and just in five minutes !!

The first step was taken. We got the dates with the help of Tinubhai Kenya, from 17 august to 25 August of 2019. Though it was after two years, I was knowing at that time, it is going to be tough and tight. I started discussing this project with my friends and also with Gujarati Samaj in Paris. The first reaction from most of them was that “it will be too expensive, and we will not be able to afford it”. Many of them advised me that it is nine days functions, there will be two to three thousands persons, we have to provide hotel accommodations, arrange their daily transportation, arrange for their breakfast, lunch and dinner….list of the challenges go on! Though there is big list of challenges and long list of problems, I was full of confidence that when there is a problem, there is a solution.
